The Society has set up projects to meet the health and educational needs of children from disadvantaged communities. A school has been set up for children from the jhuggies (make-shift shelters), which occupy the land surrounding the center.. These children who use to pick through garbage, now have the opportunity to study in the school. Due to the limitation of space, these children receive education in make shift or fiberglass shelters. Children at this school receive education up to grade 8. Many students from this project have gone on to completing their higher education such as graduation.
